GD Services, founded by its namesake George Dille, began after George’s former employer left the landscaping business. George had developed a deep admiration for the work and dreamed of building a company that combined the many aspects of hardscaping and landscaping that he loved.

George | Owner & Founder
Owner and founder of GD Services, our hardscaping company in Leawood, George graduated from Kansas State University in 2013 with a landscape design degree. He has worked full time in the landscape industry since graduating. His hands-on, detail-oriented approach to hardscaping sets him apart from his peers.
An outdoorsman at heart, when George isn’t working on your project, you’ll most often find him enjoying nature with his wife and kids.
Ozy
Ozy, GD Service’s original crew member, has been a pillar of the Kansas City landscaping community since the early 2000s. He and George met working together over a decade ago and came to admire one another’s work immensely. After George started GD Services, Ozy eventually came to work as his first employee.
Ozy often spends his free time with his wife, cheering on their daughter and her band, The Auras.
Angel
Angel, a significant asset to our team, serves as Ozy’s invaluable right-hand man and provides considerable assistance at the job site. Recently, Angel started leading his own job sites, helping curate top-notch spaces for our clients.
Rogelio, aka ‘Roger’
Roger and George first teamed up in 2016, building a strong foundation for their future collaboration. After leading a crew in Olathe for several years, Roger brought his expertise to GD Services, where his passion for outdoor craftsmanship continues to thrive.
Juan
Juan began honing his skill set under the tutelage of his brother, Rogelio. In 2017, George helped further his mastery of hardscaping and landscaping, before he eventually joined GD Services. Beyond his outdoor design work, Juan plays guitar and jams with his band anytime he can.
Colin
Colin, a long-time friend of George’s, brings passion and work ethic to the team. Colin consistently delivers high-quality work on our projects. His part-time job at GD Services allows him to spend most of his time with his wife and 4 children.
